RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At XUZAL, we strive to deliver the highest quality products to our customers. Since our products are curated with care, we follow a strict Return & Refund Policy to ensure fair business practices.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We ONLY accept returns, replacements, or refunds if the product delivered to you is damaged during transit or if you receive a wrong product.
No returns or refunds will be entertained for personal preferences, change of mind, or style-related expectations.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Proof (No Exceptions)
To protect our business and validate your claim, a complete, unedited unboxing video is strictly mandatory. * The video must start before opening the outer courier packaging.
The shipping label/bill on the package must be clearly visible in the video.
The video must show the entire unboxing process from start to finish without any cuts, pauses, or edits.
If you fail to provide a proper unboxing video as per these guidelines, your return/refund request will be automatically rejected.
3. How to Raise a Claim
If you receive a damaged product, you must report it to us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

4. Refund Processing

Once our team verifies the video proof and approves your claim, we will initiate a replacement or a refund. Approved refunds will be credited securely via Razorpay to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
